A little about us - The Bouzi Club
The Bouzi Club started by two IIT graduates (Ankita and Aman) in London two years ago because we genuinely love cooking and hosting. 🇮🇳✨ We do intimate, curated supper clubs once a month where strangers turn into friends over bold Indian flavours, seasonal plates, and a warm “come-as-you-are” table vibe. People from all over the world have joined us, and the feedback has been simple: the food feels special, the experience feels personal, and the flavours are the kind you don’t easily find around. 🥂🤍
Why Bangalore + what this evening is about :
Bangalore is our second home ❤️Bangalore felt like the right city for this pop-up: it’s full of people who love trying something new, and who appreciate good taste and good company. This evening is about a beautiful, intimate table, a spring-inspired menu, and a crowd that enjoys conversations as much as courses. Think of it as a high-value social dinner, without the awkward networking energy. 🤝✨
What to expect
🕖 Time: 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM
🍽️ Format: an intimate 8-course feast (slow, paced, and story-led)
🌸 Menu vibe: flavours of spring, seasonal ingredients, global touches with Indian soul
🍰 Special dessert course : a signature dessert course brought to you Lavonne trained artist - Rajwrita 🥰
